This is a 12-day residential training initiative by Global BIFS Academy in collaboration with Equitas Small Finance Bank, designed to prepare graduates for customer-facing roles in retail and branch banking.
Graduates or postgraduates from any stream who are below 26 years of age and have strong communication and interpersonal skills are eligible to apply.
On successful completion, candidates are placed as Business Development Officers (BDOs) at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The role involves customer acquisition, sales, and relationship management within retail banking operations.
This is a career-linked, paid training Program that includes accommodation and meals during the 12-day residential training period. Candidates also receive complete placement support.
The Program runs for 12 days and includes classroom learning, case studies, role plays, field exposure, and grooming sessions that focus on real-world banking operations and soft skills.
Yes. Upon completion, participants receive an industry-recognised certification from Global BIFS Academy, endorsed for BFSI careers and accepted by partner institutions.
Yes. Candidates who successfully complete the Program and meet the assessment criteria are provided direct placement opportunities with Equitas Small Finance Bank through Global BIFS Academy’s placement network.
