His background includes working in the Education & Training and Assessment Industry, where he successfully led PAN India operations with a team comprising 150+ full-time members and 3000+ freelance associates.

As a passionate advocate for placements, he has assisted over 10,000 students in launching their dream careers by organizing job fairs, drives, and sessions within colleges. He has collaborated with renowned companies such as NIIT IFBI, Manipal Academy, ICFAI University, and Navriti Technologies throughout his career.

He strongly believes in upgrading skills and has actively contributed to various sector skill councils and NSDC, the Apex Skill development body in India. His efforts have been instrumental in creating a robust skill ecosystem, raising awareness about skills, and certifying over 300,000 candidates through his team of experts.

He envisions India becoming the Skill Capital of the world by 2050. He is actively aligned with BIFS Academy, sharing the same vision and mission.
